Important Return Information

Return period

You have 30 days after delivery to file a return. Items must be in their original condition – unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

How returns work – step by step

  1. Contact us: Send an email to info@vevefashion.nl to receive a return form and the return address.
  2. Prepare your items: Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  3. Send your return: Use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
  4. Refund or credit note: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process the refund.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation and the refund will be processed through your original payment method.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable and traceable shipping method for safe delivery.

Non-returnable items

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don't offer an exchange service. However, you can return your order within 30 days and reorder the desired product.

Did your item arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Please email us a photo and a description of the problem at info@vevefashion.nl . We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
